Used for PWA functionality and offline mode:

  • Offline Data Cache: Store CRM data, documents, and sales info for offline access
  • PWA State: Track Progressive Web App installation and updates
  • Draft Content: Save unsaved form data to prevent loss

3.2 Session Storage

Used for temporary data during your session:

  • Form State: Preserve multi-step form progress
  • Temporary Filters: Remember applied filters and search queries

4. Third-Party Cookies

When you use third-party integrations, those services may set their own cookies:

4.1 Microsoft Outlook Integration

If you connect your Outlook account, Microsoft may set authentication and tracking cookies. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

4.2 Shopify Integration

If you connect Shopify, Shopify may set cookies for OAuth and API access. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.

4.3 Hosting and Infrastructure

Our hosting providers (Vercel, Fly.io, Supabase) may set technical cookies for load balancing and security. These are transparent to users.

5. Managing Cookies

5.1 Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

5.2 Clear Cookies

To delete existing cookies, use your browser's "Clear browsing data" or "Clear cookies" feature. Note:

  • Clearing cookies will log you out of Sprivo
  • Your preferences will be reset
  • Offline data may be removed

5.3 Block Cookies

You can configure your browser to block cookies. However:

  • Blocking all cookies will prevent you from logging in
  • Essential cookies are required for Sprivo to function
  • Some features may not work properly

6. Cookie Consent (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about what cookies are used
  • Consent to non-essential cookies before they are set
  • Withdraw consent at any time

Essential cookies do not require consent as they are necessary for the service to function.

7. Do Not Track (DNT)

Some browsers support a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. However, there is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals. We currently do not alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals.

8. Mobile App Considerations

When using Sprivo as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on mobile:

  • The same cookie policies apply
  • Additional local storage is used for offline functionality
  • Push notification tokens are stored locally (with your permission)

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Posting the new policy on this page
